WHEREAS, N.C.Gen.Stat. §153A-241 authorizes the Board of Commissioners to permanently close roads and other public access; and

WHEREAS, N.C.Gen.Stat. §153A-241 requires the Board of Commissioners to hold a public hearing prior to the closing of any road or other public access for the purpose of giving consideration to the matters required to be considered in such hearing by said Statute:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners that the Board of Commissioners intends to consider permanently closing portions of an unnamed drive off of Coleman Road in Southmont Farm of the Riverview Acres Subdivision under N.C.Gen.Stat. §153A-241 as follows:

BEING all of that portion of an unnamed drive off of Coleman Road, being more particularly described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at an iron, the southeast corner of Lot 81, Block M, of Southmont Farm of Riverview Acres Subdivision, map recorded in Plat Book 11 page 79, Davidson County Registry; also the southeastern corner of Charles S.
