The proposed schedule of values, standards, and rules to be used for the 2026 tax revaluation in appraising real property in Davidson County has been submitted to the Davidson County Board of Commissioners.  These schedules, standards, and rules are available for public inspection in the Assessor's Office located on the 3rd floor of the Governmental Center, 913 Greensboro Street, Lexington, North Carolina, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The public hearing on the proposed schedules, standards, and rules will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, during the regular Board of Commissioners meeting in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 4th floor of the Governmental Center. The public hearing shall be held at least seven days before adopting the final schedules, standards, and rules.
