Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Commissioners of Davidson County on Monday, June 13th, 2022 at 6:00pm in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Governmental Center, 913 Greensboro Street in Lexington, North Carolina for the following zoning items:

ITEM #1: Request by Carolina Site Acquisitions, LLC to rezone property located in Thomasville Township, Tax Map 312, Lot 44 containing 19.54 acres more or less. Said property is located on the west side of National Highway approximately 2,160 feet north of the Hasty School Road intersection.
